Our paper "An Innovative Model for Health Care Leadership Education" was published in Health Care Quarterly in 2020 and is available online at: https://www.longwoods.com/content/26083/healthcare-quarterly/an-innovative-model-for-healthcare-leadership-education. Classroom experiences inform graduate student about leadership competencies and provide a baseline for leadership development, but the guidance and mentorship of established leaders exposes student and early career alumni to the thought processes and mindsets of leadership and builds capacity to lead in times of disruptive change. The article describes the unique leadership development experience of the dialogue series and summarizes early feedback from participants.
